Please carefully fill out the forms below if you are experiencing issues with your Roller Shutters, Security Doors, Plantation Shutters or Blinds.
All fields are required. Do not leave anything blank. Please carefully read through the form and submit your claim to
email@example.com. Once we have reviewed your claim you will be contacted either by email or phone to discuss your claim further.

Please ensure that all fields are correctly input including the credit card authorisation form so there is no delay in processing your claim.
We take your claim very seriously. Your claim forms a legal binding document with Oz King Australia and we do not share any of your personal details with anyone. Your privacy is important to us.
Whilst your product is backed with our guarantee, it does not cover deliberate or accidental misuse. It is important that you are honest and inform us of any known action that may have caused your product to have the issue. Upon application this may be determined by our team over the phone or in email or after an onsite inspection.
